How to Connect your Domain name to Server.(VPS)

Okay so you got a Domain name and a hosting too. Login to your Domain registrar and Hosting provider.
Domain registrar hold the domain name, that domain name is connected to Name servers
A name server is a computer application that implements a network service for providing responses to queries against a directory service. It translates an often humanly meaningful, text-based identifier to a system-internal, often numeric identification or addressing component. This service is performed by the server in response to a service protocol request.
So now you have to change these name servers from domain registrar.
Login to your hosting there should be DNS section. There will the the information for name servers. Usually 2 URLs are there, ns1 and ns2. Copy both the URLs and paste it to domain registrar’s name servers section. Confirm it.
Now at Provider end, add domain name, and the VPS it should point to.
After doing this, after some time your domain name will point to the VPS!
