I See Waste Episode 5

• Every alternate morning
• A man shouts “Aaaaaahh” , “OOOOooooOOoooooh” very loudly!
  • It’s a weird noise (Deal with noise with, the silence initiative)
• People get alert
• they prepare their waste
• As people are on top floor they through the trash down the cart
• there is a fees too, 60 rupees per month
• a person will come, shout and take away the trash
  • such a unmanaged system!

So we need to build a system around it.
